While speaking about Suryakumar Yadav’s dismissal on Star Sports, commentator Sunil Gavaskar said that the Indian batter is facing technical difficulties and needs to spend time with the batting coach to solve them.
“He is facing technical difficulties. Also his stance is an open one. It is good for T20 cricket because any delivery that is overpitched, he can flick it for a six. But here, when the ball is placed right near the foot, with this stance, the bat will definitely come across. It cannot come straight. Hence, if the ball turns inside, he will face difficulty. He needs to spend time with the batting coach on how to come out of this,” Sunil Gavaskar said.

Meanwhile, India faced a big batting blow in IND vs AUS 2nd ODI, getting out for just 117 runs in the 1st innings. Mitchell Starc hunted 5 wickets in the match and dismantled India’s top and middle order. Virat Kohli scored the most 31 runs for the team as 7 players got out on single-digit scores.
