IPL 2023: Sunrisers Hyderabad YouTube channel Hacked? 29 videos uploaded in six hours!

The IPL team released their new kit on Friday and posted a video on their official YouTube channel. But after that, 29 videos have been uploaded in the last six hours which are irrelevant to the IPL team, consisting of game and software download links!

It happened in the early hours of Saturday. The first video after the hack that was posted from their official YouTube handle was a link to downloading the game Fortnite along with its cheats and codes.

Subsequently, it started to upload video guides to hack and download other games. Then the hackers continued to post videos of downloading links for software like CorelDraw, Canva, Adobe Premiere and others.

The fans got baffled to watch these and the last video that was posted was an hour ago – a link to install Spotify Premium.

It clearly looks some cyber criminal got into their YouTube channel and breached their secutiry, thus hacking their channel and subsequently posting all these videos.

Sunrisers Hyderabad will be commencing their IPL 2023 campaign with a home match against Rajasthan Royals on April 2. The Orange Army also have brought in a new leader at the helm as Aiden Markram will be captaining the side this year.
