The 2nd ODI between India and Australia has seen the visitors dominate with the ball as it was once again the Aussie spearhead Mitchell Starc who ripped through the Indian batting order. While Virat Kohli had a good start to the game he failed to read a straight delivery from Nathan Ellis that crashed onto his pads leading to his dismissal.

Mitchell Starc was absolutely lethal with the new ball as the pacer racked up five wickets with Indian bundling out on just 117 runs on the board with Virat Kohli emerging as the team’s top scorer with 31 runs to his name.

Axar Patel once again looked in good touch with the bat after his heroics in the red-ball series as the all-rounder remained unbeaten at 29 as the Australian bowlers continued to rip through the Indian batting unit.

With more than half the team back in the dugout, Indian superstar Virat Kohli was captured chatting with skipper Rohit Sharma, teammate Suryakumar Yadav and coach Paras Mhambrey as the four could be seen laughing about something.

India will now look to defend the 117 runs on the board after their miserable display with the bat. The hosts will have to be right on the money with their bowling and hope that their pacers can generate similar deliveries in comparison to their opponents.
